MEET THE COACH

Zach Manolakes is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as USAW and FMS Level 1 certified. In 2010 he interned at IMG Performance Institute and EXOS in Gulf Breeze, FL assisting with NFL Combine Prep.

In 2012 Zach was an assistant intern Strength & Conditioning coach at Webber International University for the Men's and Women's Tennis and Softball teams. Head Strength & Conditioning coach of the 2013 Champions of the NY Penn League Short Season A affiliate of the Houston Astros.  

He was an Assistant Strength coach at The University of Tampa, then for the Baltimore Orioles extended Spring Training Strength & Conditioning and Speed development specialist. He is Level 1 Certified by the Postural Restoration Institute and is Certified Functional Strength Coach Level 1 through Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. 

In 2016 he was invited to the Pittsburgh Pirates Spring Training Player Performance Testing.

In 2017 he was the Strength & Conditioning coach for the NBA Houston Rockets, and invited as NBA Africa Game Strength & Conditioning Coach.

In 2018 he was the Strength & Conditioning coach with the Greensboro Swarm, the Charlotte Hornets D League Team. 

From 2019 to 2022 he served as the Personal Performance coach to the NBA's Indiana Pacers TJ Warren and trains internationally in Australia with multiple high profile athletes. 2021-2022 served as the performance assistant with the Colorado Rapids MLS Soccer team and served as a  Strength & Conditioning Coach for the US Army 82nd Airborne 2nd Brigade at Ft Bragg.

Currently residing in Champaign, IL where he's creating a youth leadership development program and providing physical preparation programming for college, high school, and corporate wellness.
